These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rebuilt.fit and the services offered by Newberg CrossFit Rebuilt LLC, doing business as Rebuilt Fitness ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site, submitting an application, or opting in to communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or opt in to SMS messaging. Users under 18 may only use the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information when applying or subscribing. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Programs and services

Information about training programs is for general informational purposes. Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program. Results vary by individual.

SMS / messaging terms

If you opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive marketing, appointment, and account text messages from Rebuilt Fitness (Newberg CrossFit Rebuilt LLC) at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies (typically up to ~4 msgs/month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and program materials — is the property of Newberg CrossFit Rebuilt LLC (dba Rebuilt Fitness) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without our written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newberg CrossFit Rebuilt LLC (dba Rebuilt Fitness) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in our programs.
