One of the hardest aspects of fitness to conquer is consistency. Having a coach work with you to keep you motivated goes a long way. We offer a four week long weight loss plan that is based on a hands-on experience with your coach.
We'll start this plan by meeting with you for a consult to talk over your goals and current activity levels. Your workouts will be programmed based on a personal assessment of your needs. A coach will be assigned to work with you specifically and check in with you 3 days per week, and meet with you once per week. The focus is encouragement and accountability.
In addition to in-person sessions with your coach, they will also check in with you through emails, calls, texts, or whatever works best for you.
We will recommended apps for tracking fitness, nutrition, and use our coaching/communication platform, Coach RX.
Based on the results of the initial four weeks, we will set a plan to keep working with you! We will get a great idea of what is and isn't working for you, and we can adjust your plan. Let's just get started with one month!
