Rebuilt Fitness was founded on one simple belief: strength training changes more than your body. It changes how you walk through the world.
Rebuilt Fitness started with a vision: create a place where people of every age, every background, and every fitness level could come to get genuinely strong — and feel like they belong while doing it. Not a gym where you're just a membership number. A community where your name is known, your goals matter, and your coaches are in your corner.
Our founder, Doug Hildreth, built this gym on the idea that strength training is about more than the weight on the bar. It's about resilience. It's about confidence. It's about the willingness to do hard things — and watching that willingness carry over into every part of your life. How you handle a bad day. How you approach a hard conversation. How you chase a goal that once felt impossible.
Under the leadership of owner Christine Stacey, Rebuilt has grown into something bigger than a gym. We've built specialized programs for women, for athletes, for retirees, for competitors, and for anyone who just wants to feel better in their body. Every program is coached. Every lift is taught. Every win — big or small — gets celebrated.
